Spatialize Tavak has no accounts and keeps no user data on any server of ours. Everything the app holds is on your own device, under your control.
You can wipe everything the app has stored, whenever you like, in either of two ways:
The app never sends your survey data, photos, videos, GPS tracks or anything that identifies you to a server of ours. There is no database on our side to delete your records from, because there are no records there in the first place.
Your subscription record belongs entirely to Google Play. To cancel a subscription, or to ask for the record of it to be deleted, go through your store account:
A cancellation takes effect under the platform's own terms, and the store keeps its own records under its own privacy policy.
The app loads its built-in basemap from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), which serves OpenStreetMap data. A tile request shows your IP address and the area you are looking at to OpenFreeMap's infrastructure, or to whichever provider you added yourself. OpenFreeMap is not ours, so we cannot delete any record it may keep; see openfreemap.org for what it does. Tiles cached on the phone go with Settings › Map Cache › Clear, or with the app.
If you have a question about any of this, or you think data is held about you that the steps above will not remove, write to us:
